Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be processed.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
- A video of the unboxing is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.
- Personalized products or items specifically made to order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Sale items or products marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, email us at support@urbanedgehoods.com or use the Contact Us page within 2 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and the required unboxing video as proof. Our support team will guide you through the process.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of rejection, we’ll notify you with the reason.
5. Exchanges
- If you’re returning an item due to a size issue, you can request an exchange through our Contact Us page.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive and verify the returned item along with the unboxing video.
